Privacy Policy

What we collect
Account data: your email address and a bcrypt hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
Monitoring data: the URLs you monitor, check results (status codes, response times, SSL expiry dates), and any webhook URL you configure for alerts.
Status alerts in Telegram: when you tap "Alert me on Telegram" on a status page and then tap Start, we store your Telegram chat ID, the services that you watch, the language of your Telegram app and the site that sent you to the page (for example chatgpt.com). We do not store your name, your user name or your phone number. Send /stop to the bot or block the bot, and we delete this data at once. Telegram delivers the messages. The Telegram privacy policy applies to Telegram.
Status alerts by webhook: if you give a webhook URL on a status page, we keep it until we send the up alert. Then we delete it.
Server logs: standard web-server access logs (IP address, requested page, browser user agent), kept for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention, then deleted automatically.
What we don't do
No advertising, no analytics trackers, no third-party cookies, and we never sell or share your data. The only cookie we set is a session cookie so you stay logged in.
Payments
Paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Your card details go directly to them and never touch our servers. Their privacy policy applies to the checkout process; we receive only your email and subscription status.
Where data lives
Data is stored on our server hosted with Oracle Cloud in Singapore, encrypted in transit (TLS).
Your rights
Email us to access, correct, or permanently delete your account and all associated data — we action deletion requests within 7 days.
