PingDeck ("we", "us") provides website uptime monitoring, SSL certificate expiry alerts, and related free tools at getpingdeck.com. By creating an account or using the site you agree to these terms.
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or organisation per account.
You may only add monitors for websites you own or have permission to monitor. You must not use PingDeck to probe, overload, or attack systems you are not authorised to test, to scan private networks, or to violate any law. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or degrade it for others.
The Free plan is free forever within its limits. The Pro plan is a paid monthly subscription processed by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. You can cancel any time; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. See our refund policy.
We aim for high availability but PingDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Monitoring checks can be affected by network conditions outside our control, and we do not guarantee that every incident will be detected or alerted. PingDeck is an alerting aid, not a substitute for your own operational monitoring obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses caused by missed or delayed alerts.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination your monitors and data are deleted.
We may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
